Male Enhancement Vitamins Can Boost Your
Testosterone Levels

Has your sex drive decreased? Could be
that your body isn't producing enough
testosterone. The New England Research
Institute just did a study and concluded
that lack of sex drive and erectile
dysfunction were a result of low
testosterone levels. The study showed
that this problem affected 1 in 4 men
over the age of 30. If you're wondering
how to boost your testosterone levels,
you might consider taking male
enhancement vitamins.

First of all, what exactly is
testosterone? It's a hormone that's
responsible for the growth and
development of men's reproductive
organs. It also increases muscle mass
and strength, maintains energy levels,
and creates a positive mood.

Luckily, there are ways to increase your
testosterone levels naturally. Most good
male enhancement vitamins contain the
herb Tongkat Ali. It's grown in
Indonesia and has been called the "Asian
Viagra." Men have used Tongkat Ali for
centuries to increase sexual desire,
libido, and treat erectile dysfunction.

Tongkat Ali has been scientifically
proven to increase testosterone levels
naturally. The British Journal of Sports
Medicine did a study that showed how men
who took Tongkat Ali saw a 5 %PRCTG% increase
in lean body mass in 5 weeks. This was
due to increased testosterone levels.

Another great herb for increasing
testosterone levels naturally is called
Tribulus Terrestris. This is also found
in most reputable male enhancement
vitamins. For those wondering how to
increase libido, this herb is highly
effective at signaling the body to
increase its production of testosterone.
This herb is also known to prevent
premature ejaculation.

These and other testosterone-producing
herbs can be found in many male
enhancement vitamins, but you have to be
careful. The natural medicine industry
is largely unregulated, and most
vitamins contain weak dosages of
low-quality herbs. They simply don't
work.

You must find a vitamin that uses
superior herbs in large enough dosages
to be effective. These will increase
your libido, erection strength and
stamina, and sexual performance overall.
You'll also experience higher energy and
mood levels.

So if you're wondering how to increase
your testosterone levels, try some male
enhancement vitamins and you should
really see an improvement. It's really a
simple thing to do. But act now! A
healthy, active sex life is one of
life's greatest pleasures.

Find out which male enhancement vitamins
use the highest quality herbal
ingredients at Zenerx. This site will
show you how to increase libido and
boost your testosterone levels
naturally.

Anti Aging Vitamins and Tips

These days, the fight against aging is
as intense as the fight against disease.
From skin products to plastic surgery,
there are many ways to reverse signs of
aging. After all, there is nothing
rewarding to see your face covered with
wrinkles and black heads. Although you
cannot prevent cellular aging, you can
improve your skin appearance to help you
look and feel good. Unfortunately, many
people are fighting against aging by
simply applying cream on their skin,
forgetting that a radiant skin starts
from inside.

An effective anti-aging treatment
consists of not only skin products, but
also healthy diet, and most important
natural skin supplements. Your skin is
the reflection of your internal state,
and your internal state relies heavily
on your diet and lifestyle (regularly
physical exercises, environment, etc.).
A healthy ?skin diet? can rejuvenate
your cells and increases the firmness
and radiance of your skin including skin
of your face. Along with antioxidant
cream, it is important to take
antioxidant supplements to fight free
radicals, which cause a variety of
biological effects on the skin. In
addition, antioxidant supplement help
reduce risk factors for cardiovascular
disease, cancer, hypertension, obesity,
diabetes and more. It is also
recommended to eliminate in your diet
foods high in fat; alcohol and tobacco,
which age skin cells, making you look
old.

You need to increase the following
supplements in your diet :

Vitamin E ? benefits of Vitamin E on
your skin are enormous. It fights free
radical, promotes wounds healing,
protects cell membrane from damage, and
helps your skin look younger. Vitamin E
participates in the prevention of
formation or oxidation of cholesterol in
your blood; and most importantly, it
helps in the prevention of many diseases
that plague our society: heart disease,
cancer, cataracts, Alzheimer's disease.
In addition, vitamin E supports healthy
immune system.

Sources: Wheat germ oil, sunflower,
hazelnut, soy, and corn are rich in
vitamin E.

Vitamin A ? it protects and beautifies
the skin. Vitamin A also strengthens the
mucous membranes (bronchi, blood vessels
and heart). In the form of
beta-carotene, it seems participate in
the prevention of certain cancers in
non-smokers. Nevertheless, Vitamin A is
most effective when taken along with
vitamin E. foods that contains Vitamin A
include liver, butter, egg, carrot,
tomato, spinach, apricots, papaya,
celery, melon, grapefruit, broccoli,
etc.

Note: If you are a smoker, you must
contact your physician before you take
beta-carotene supplements.

Vitamin C - this essential nutrient is
the enemy of free radicals and
infection. Whether taken internally or
externally, vitamin C helps prevent
wrinkles and brightens the natural
color, texture, and appearance of the
skin. In addition, along with healthy
lifestyle and diet, Vitamin C intervenes
in the prevention of lung diseases,
stomach disease, and cataracts. Vitamin
C is found abundantly in lemon, lime,
tomato, parsley, pepper, guava, sorrel,
tarragon, kiwi, cabbage, papaya, citrus,
strawberry, broccoli, peas, and more.

Healthy fats - if you want to have a
beautiful skin and prevent
cardiovascular disease, increase your
omega 3 intake. Omega-3 fatty acid also
relieves painful and inflammatory
conditions: arthritis, prostatitis,
cystitis, etc. In addition, this
unsaturated fatty acid improves memory
function and concentration; make you
feel happier, and relieves symptoms and
bipolar depression and psychosis. Omega
3 seems to play a major role in
preventing the development of breast,
colon and prostate issues. Fish o?l and
flax oil are rich in omega- 3.

Zinc ? if you want your skin to be
radiant, increase (14 mg max) your zinc
intake. It plays a major role in many
biological functions: growth,
respiration, endocrine system, healthy
inflammation response, wound healing,
reproduction, and healthy immune system.
It seems to participate in the
prevention of cancer of esophagus,
bronchi, and prostate. Zinc is
abundantly found in beef, bread, wheat
germ, soybeans, white beans, and lentil.

Selenium - Although it is toxic in large
doses, selenium boosts the immune
system, neutralizes toxins, eliminates
or counteracts the effects of heavy
metals (lead, mercury), promotes
production of sperm and more
importantly, prevents premature aging.
Associated with vitamin E, it regulates
cholesterol and reduces the risk of
cardiovascular problems. The following
foods are rich in selenium: fish, egg,
meat, cheese, barley, garlic, asparagus,
broccoli, and orange.

However, taking all these substances in
a meal is not easy; you need a natural
supplement that combines all of them in
a single formula. At vitaminaging.com,

Acne Care - Treatment and Prevention
with Vitamins

There are many different acne care
treatments available today. Vitamin
supplementation as a way of treating
acne is not as popular as some other
treatment options, but still worth
considering.

The skin is the largest organ of the
body and in order for skin to function
properly it's important to get adequate
amounts of nutrients into the body. If
your body is lacking in certain vitamins
the resulting imbalance can lead to skin
conditions such as acne. Therefore, can
taking more vitamins give skin a better
appearance and get rid of acne?

The most common vitamins and minerals
that are known to improve acne and
promote healthy skin include vitamins A,
B complex, C, E and the minerals zinc
and Chromium. You are more likely to see
a difference in your skin if you are
lacking in a particular nutrient and you
supplement your diet with extra
vitamins. However, is more of a good
thing better for your skin and your
health?

The role of vitamin A in the body holds
many different functions and the lack of
it can result in acne. Vitamin A
maintains healthy tissue and serves as
an important antioxidant for eliminating
free radicals in the body. Most
importantly vitamin A reduces sebum
production in the skin helping to
prevent and eliminate acne. Amounts of
vitamin A , larger than 10,00 IU's has
been used in treating acne effectively
in some patients. Taken in large
quantities can result in side effects.
Therefore, taking mega doses should only
be done under the guidance of a medical
professional. Women who are pregnant
should avoid large doses of vitamin A
and it is therefore not a recommended
treatment for pregnant women.

The B vitamin complex are important for
healthy skin tone and reducing the
amounts of stress in the body that is a
known factor leading to acne. Some
patients have taken large doses of
vitamin B5 in particular as a way of
getting rid of their acne. Vitamin B5 is
used to treat acne by it's way of
reducing oil production in the skin.
Similarly, taken in large quantities,
vitamin B5 may not be good and can lead
to many undesirable side effects, such
as stomach irritation, diarrhea,
headaches, dry skin and potential hair
loss (although rare). A physician should
monitor taking this vitamin as a
treatment closely because vitamin B5 in
large amounts can lead to other vitamin
deficiencies that can be more dangerous.
In order to avoid the side effects of
vitamin B5 it is recommended to stick
with a B-complex vitamin to guarantee
you're getting the right balance.

Antioxidants such as vitamins E and C
promote healing, prevent infection and
support the overall immune system. When
taken in the right amounts these
vitamins are vitally important to
healthy skin heal acne and prevent
future acne outbreaks.

Lastly, having healthy skin means taking
in the right kind of minerals. Research
has revealed that about 90%PRCTG% of people
suffering from acne are lacking the
mineral Chromium. Chromium is used in
the body to help maintain the balance of
insulin. By keeping insulin in balance
you will reduce oil production in the
skin and prevent acne from occurring.
Zinc also works in a similar way because
it helps maintain the hormonal balance
in the body and therefore reducing the
occurrence of acne flare-ups.

It's true that many people have gotten
rid of their acne by using vitamin
supplementation as their way of treating
acne. However, there are many things you
should know before you take any vitamin
and you should realize that taking more
than the recommended dosage of vitamins
can not only make acne worse, but it can
be harmful to your health. A
multi-vitamin or a vitamin designed
specifically for acne in mind is
generally harmless and will promote
healthy skin, but you should always do
your research and speak to a health care
provider to weigh all your option and
potential side-effects.

Online Vitamins and Health Supplements

One of the best things about the
Internet is that everything is easily
available to anyone. From information to
medication, you can find just about
anything online with just a few searches
and clicks of the mouse buttons. Health
buffs can get their fill of online
vitamins being sold by pharmacies and
dealer companies. With this kind of
marketing and selling, all you have to
do is figure out which vitamin works in
a certain way, pick one and purchase it
online. On the other hand, there are
also health supplements that you can get
in case vitamins are enough.

First off, vitamins and supplements are
two different things. Vitamins contain
substances that are packed with minerals
that would help your body repair,
protect, and regenerate cells that may
have been damaged with your lifestyle or
environment. Online vitamins are the
same as you find in any neighborhood
drug store so you do not have to worry.
On the other hand, supplements contain
elements and extracts of fruits or herbs
to help the body function or adjust to
something. There are supplements that
help one with weight loss or in an
effort to detox. These kinds of
medications are usually fruit or herbal
based and are easily distinguished from
vitamins. Some of the most common kinds
of health supplements now are colon
cleanse supplements, detoxifying
programs, and fruit-based weight loss
pills.

Then, there is the sub-category of
vitamins called multivitamins. These
function kind of like vitamins but they
usually contain at least three vitamins
that are packed in just one pill. Also
sold with online vitamins, a
multi-vitamin combines the most commonly
taken vitamins like Vitamin C, Vitamin
B, and Vitamin E in one pill.

Though vitamins and a really healthy
diet are enough to help out your body
repair itself and be protected from
diseases, supplements could take your
efforts to get fit and healthy to
another level. For example, if you have
digestive problems, vitamins can only do
so much. You might need a bottle of
fiber to help you with your constipation
problems. With this, you can say that
online vitamins and supplements are like
two items that should be sold together.
Some online pharmacies offer special
deals to customers who buy either a
bottle of vitamins or supplements.

If you are serious about getting fit and
healthy, then this is your first step -
get yourself the necessary medicine to
get your body working properly. Next,
change your diet and incorporate more
fruits and vegetables in it. Though you
already have a supply of vitamins, they
cannot replace the natural ones you get
from fruits and vegetables. Third, adopt
a regular exercise regimen so you can
get in shape and be fit. So remember,
start by looking for online vitamins and
start building a better and healthier
you! Though admittedly, this will be
quite a hard road to start on, it will
be well worth the effort. With health
and wellness at stake, do you think you
should even be having second thoughts
about starting to get fit and healthy?

The Best Way to Buy Vitamins as
Supplements

The human body functions with the help
of energy. In addition, this energy is
derived from food that we consume. The
other important thing for the well-being
of the body is vitamins and minerals.
These vitamins and minerals are found in
abundance in the food that we eat.
Natural fruits and vegetables are very
rich sources of vitamins and minerals.
Sometimes it is not possible for the
goodness of all the fruit and vegetables
consumed to be consumed on the same day.
Even though it is important to eat a lot
of fruit and vegetables, we still will
not be able to supply to the body with
all its requirements.

Over the recent years, people have
become conscious toward their health and
living. People have been obsessed with
taking vitamins and minerals in the form
of supplements to be able to give their
body enough nutrition. The other good
thing about food and vitamins
supplements is that it can help the body
to lose weight and provide the body with
optimum nutrition. With the ability to
buy vitamins and minerals in the form of
supplements, people tend to forget about
eating healthy. This practice has become
so common that people just pop in a
multi vitamin and get on their way to
work.

In this day in age when the world is in
a hurry and there is no time that people
can spend on choosing and eating healthy
food, these vitamin and mineral
supplements come in handy. For many
people they at least try to buy natural
and organic vitamins. When you decide to
buy vitamins, it is always important to
choose VITAMINS that are made from
natural and organic ingredients.
Artificial ingredients that are present
in vitamins that we take as a supplement
are no good for the body. There are
numerous ways that you can help the body
alongside these supplements is by eating
fresh food which would also have a good
portion of vitamins and minerals.

The body requires a very small amount of
vitamins and minerals. When you buy
vitamins for supplementary use, you can
never be sure that the body uses all the
vitamins that you consume. Most of the
vitamins and minerals are flushed out of
the body without being used. Sometimes
the body is not ready to absolve all the
nutrients that you give it. Therefore,
it is important that you eat healthy as
well as take nutrition supplements.

When you buy vitamins and supplements
choosing the right one can be quite a
task. Many vitamins contain synthetic
ingredients which can be harmful for the
body. It is thus important to choose the
right natural supplement when we want
effective results from consuming these
supplements. When you buy vitamins, you
should always make sure that even the
top coating of the capsule and tablets
are as natural as possible because,
these tablets are coated artificial
ingredients that are not good for the
body.

Muscle Building Diet - Are Vitamins
Essential, Or is it Money Down the Drain

Probably the most controversial subject
in the world of bodybuilding, is the use
of supplements. Should they be used as
part of a muscle building diet? The only
person who can answer that question is
you. You should do your research, check
out the pros and cons, and make your
decision as to what supplements (if any)
you use.

What about vitamins? Are they essential?
Or are they a waste of money? Let`s
look.

Everybody needs vitamins to keep the
body working efficiently and help
optomize the metabolism. Vitamins work
together with enzymes within our bodies
to spark chemical reactions, which is
basically what our body is - a whole
heap of chemical reactions.

Here are some of the more important
vitamins, and what they do;

Vitamin A

This helps to combine amino acids, which
help with muscle tissue formation, which
is needed for muscle growth. It also
helps with glycogen storage.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)

Encourages the growth of hemogloben, to
carry oxygen around the body.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

This is a very good assistant with fat
burning, and helps to get energy from
carbohydrates.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

Helps the muscles look fuller and
vascular, through vasodilation.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)

Aids protein digestion, your muscle
building diet will have a higher intake
of protein than normal diets, therefore
a larger amount of B6 is needed.

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamine)

Has an effect on the growth of muscles,
also aids co-ordination and
communication between brain and muscle.

Vitamin C

You could probably write a book about
the benefits of vitamin C, but I`ll be
brief and just list the main
advantages;- production of hormonal
steroids, improves iron absorption, aids
formation of collagen, anti-oxidant to
rid body of free radicals, and , as we
all know , it is a good anti viral -
protecting against colds and flu.

Vitamin D

Good for calcium absorption - for strong
bones and joints. Good for phospherous
absorption - improves energy levels.

Vitamin E

As antioxidants go, this is probably the
most powerful, it`s the Royal
Flush.........literally. It flushes out
the body`s natural waste products.

From this, we can see that vitamins are
essential in your muscle building diet.
They are needed to replete those
burned-up by intense work-outs. They are
also essential to aid digestion in a
high calorie, bodybuilding diet.

Importance of Vitamin Bs (multi-vitamin)

B-complex vitamins, what are they?
These are the vitamins that are an
essential part of our diet. We need
these for breaking down carbohydrates to
give us energy, breaking down fats and
proteins, muscle tone, skin, hair, and
eyes. They also help with our growth
and development. If we don?t get enough
B vitamins, serious health problems can
occur.

There are eight vitamins in this group.
But the common three are thiamine (B1),
riboflavin (B2), and folic acid (B9).
You can find these vitamins naturally in
whole-grain cereals, meats, fish,
fruits, green vegetables, milk, rice,
eggs, and nuts. The B-complex vitamins
are water soluble. This means your body
will keep what it needs and get rid of
the rest.

We need thiamine to turn the
carbohydrates we eat into glucose, a
simple sugar. It is also an important
vitamin to keep your nervous system
working properly. If you do not get
enough thiamine, you could have one or
more of several health problems. Some
of these problems are anemia (the red
blood cells don?t deliver oxygen to the
body), muscles get smaller and weaker,
muscle spasms, or even paralysis. Other
health problems include lack of
coordination, short-term memory, and
sensitivity of the teeth, gums, and
cheeks.

Riboflavin also breaks down
carbohydrates, but in addition it breaks
down fats and proteins. We need
riboflavin for our skin and eyes to be
healthy. It creates a chemical reaction
in our bodies that adds oxygen to things
in the body. Skin disorders and
swelling of the mouth and nose are signs
of not getting enough riboflavin in your
diet. It also causes anemia and your
eyes can become very sensitive to light.
Riboflavin is found mostly in dairy
products?milk, eggs, and cheese. But it
is also in whole-grains, meat, and peas.

Folic Acid is one of the most important
of the B-complex vitamins, especially
for pregnant women. It works together
with vitamin B12 to create DNA. This
vitamin is necessary for all biochemical
reactions in the body. Doctors
recommend that women who can become
pregnant take at least 400 mcg of folic
acid, and women who are pregnant need to
raise it to 600-800 mcg a day to help
give the fetus the vitamins it needs and
prevent birth defects such at spina
bifida. As with thiamine and
riboflavin, a shortage of folic acid can
cause anemia. It can also cause poor
growth and problems with the mouth. You
can find folic acid naturally in green
vegetables, whole grain cereals, and in
other foods.

Studies have also shown that people who
do not get enough folic acid have a
higher risk of getting certain types of
cancers. One way to make sure you get
enough B-complex vitamins in your diet
is to take a good multi-vitamin. There
are many benefits of taking a daily
multivitamin. Multivitamins help to
fill in the gaps of the vitamins we did
not get from our food. Any excess will
just be flushed from the body.
Especially with women who can become
pregnant or are pregnant, taking a good
daily multivitamin can help the fetus
get its proper nutrition.

Taking a good multivitamin can help you
get the amount of the B-complex vitamins
your body needs to be healthy and
strong. It will also save you in the
long run with doctor?s bills. It is
never too late to start taking a
multivitamin.

Hair loss is becoming more and more
common in both men and women alike. It
can be devastating to suffer through
thinning hair and hair loss. This can
happen for different reasons. There are
genetic factors that come into play, as
well as hormones and stress. Thinning

lower self esteem and take a real toll
on a person's confidence.

More and more people suffer from hair

However, when the loss of hair at a

Mood Vitamins

Are you depressed? Anxious? Moody? Many
of us who are turn to pharmacutical
relief, or we play mental and emotional
games with ourselves to try and "ride it
out." But the reality of the situation
is that with the proper nutrition, or
"mood vitamins," we can actually feel
better than we have in years, all the
time, without drugs. Without mental
games.

A deficiency in Vitamin B may be to
blame for many of our emotional
challenges. The B-Complex vitamins are
essential to the well-being of our
mental and emotional health. Unlike most
nutrients, our bodies don't really store
a surplus of the B vitamins. Rather, we
must regularly consume them to harness
their healing power.

The B vitamins can only enhance your
mood if they are left intact and healthy
within your body. An excess of refined
sugar, caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol
will essentially destroy the vitamin,
rendering it useless. This will only
serve to perpetuate anxiety, depression,
and even thoughts of suicide. If you
experience these feelings, immediately
discontinue the use of those harmful
substances.

Then, begin a B vitamin supplementation
regimen by taking the following:

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - This is the
vitamin your brain uses to convert blood
sugar into fuel. When it is deficient,
your brain will run out of energy at an
alarming rate, causing depression,
anxiety, fatigue, irritability, and
suicidal thoughts. This vitamin is
critical in maintaining emotional
balance and a "zest for life."

Niacin (Vitamin B3) - A minor deficiency
in this critical vitamin will lead to
agitation, anxiety, and mental &
physical slowness. A major deficiency
can cause Pellagra, or dementia &
psychosis. This vitamin keeps you active
and sane.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - Two
substances your brain combines and uses
to keep your mood in check and avoid
depression are amino acids and
acetylcholine. A deficiency in B5
prevents this from happening, resulting
in major fatigue, chronic stress, and
depression. This vitamin is so important
in keeping you emotionally stable and
able to cope with life.

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) - Your brain
uses this vitamin to process amino acids
and create seratonin, as well as
melatonin and dopamine. B6 deficiency
can result in mental confusion, along
with immune system challenges and skin
lesions. When this vitamin is in ample
supply, you should feel sharp and alert.

Vitamin B12 - This is a critical element
in the formation of red blood cells. A
B12 deficiency is perhaps the scariest B
vitamin deficiency, as it leads to a
condition called pernicious anemia, an
oxygen transport problem. Symptoms
include confusion, irritability,
dementia, hallucinations, weakness,
dizziness, and tingling in the
extremities, among others. When in ample
supply, this vitamin will help keep you
oxygenated and centered.

In addition to an all natural,
whole-food B vitamin supplement, I also
highly encourage you to pick up both a
whole-food multi-vitamin and a powerful
antioxidant formula. The acai berry and
green tea are phenomenal antioxidants
that will kill any free radicals that
could potentially hinder the
effectiveness of your B, and other mood
vitamins.

On a final note, please avoid your
corner grocery or drug store. They deal
mostly in synthetics. We want whole-food
vitamins, as they are the only kind your
body will actually recognize,
assimilate, and use. Get to know the
nice people at your best local health
food store.

Mood disorders like depression, anxiety
or panic, irritability, and apathy can
be debilitating. They can ruin lives.
They even did me in, once upon a time.
"Mood vitamins" will give you the best
fighting chance, I assure you.

You're going to do great! Thank you for
reading.
